研究藏药多刺绿绒蒿的化学成分。利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过1H,13C-NMR等理化数据及与文献相对照进行结构鉴定,采用MTT法对部分化合物进行体外细胞毒活性评价。从多刺绿绒蒿的乙醇提取物中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为马齿苋酰胺E(1),N-反式对羟基肉桂酰基-对羟基苯乙胺(2),金圣草黄素(3),芹菜素(4),大风子素(5),对羟基肉桂酸葡萄糖酯(6),stigmast-5-ene-3β-ylformate(7),3β-hydroxy-7α-ethoxy-24β-ethylcholest-5-ene(8),β-谷甾醇(9)。化合物6~8为首次从该属中分离获得,1,3为首次从该种植物中分离得到。化合物1对人肝癌细胞系HepG2具有显著的细胞毒活性。
Study on the chemical constituents of Medicago sativa. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS and other chromatographic techniques. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical data, such as 1H, 13C-NMR and other data. MTT was used to evaluate the cytotoxicity of some compounds in vitro. Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of Artemisia selengensis, and were identified as purslane amide E (1), N-trans-p-hydroxycinnamoyl-p-hydroxy phenethylamine (2) (6), stigmast-5-ene-3β-ylformate (7), 3β-hydroxy-7α-ethoxy- 24β-ethylcholest-5-ene (8), β-sitosterol (9). Compounds 6 ~ 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time, 1,3 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compound 1 has significant cytotoxic activity on human hepatoma cell line HepG2.
