粒子性能对采用气相二氧化硅制备的先进保温板材料的性能产生很大影响。本文主要研究了亲水或疏水性粒子对保温板导热性能和抗折强度的影响,采用亲水性粒子制备的保温材料具有较高热导率和强度,而采用疏水粒子制备的保温材料拥有低热导率,热导率在0.02W·(mK)~(-1)以下,其热导率的差别主要取决于固相粒子。热导率降低和抗弯强度增大与保温板中粒子之间的结合条件有关。
Particle properties have a significant impact on the performance of advanced insulation panels made with fumed silica. In this paper, the effect of hydrophilic or hydrophobic particles on the thermal conductivity and flexural strength of thermal insulation board is mainly studied. The thermal insulation material prepared by hydrophilic particles has high thermal conductivity and strength, while the thermal insulation material prepared by hydrophobic particles possesses low thermal conductivity Rate and thermal conductivity below 0.02W · (mK) -1, the difference of thermal conductivity mainly depends on the solid phase particles. Reduced thermal conductivity and increased flexural strength are related to the bonding conditions between the particles in the thermal insulation board.
