从南非引入24份玉米种质资源进行初步试种,结果表明:南非22号比对照农大108增产44.4%,子粒赖氨酸含量比对照略高;南非9号比对照增产37.5%,但子粒赖氨酸含量比对照低5.6%;南非3号增产11.2%。南非2号与5号的子粒赖氨酸含量分别比对照高10.3%与8.6%,达极显著水平,其他12个品种子粒赖氨酸含量也均超过了对照。通过南、北方4个生长季节的试种、产比与选育,已获得各类优株穗选资源共计300个穗,丰富了当地种质资源。
A total of 24 maize germplasm resources were introduced from South Africa for preliminary test. The results showed that South Africa 22 increased 44.4% of the Nongda 108 and slightly higher lysine content of the grain; South Africa 9 increased 37.5% The content of arginine was 5.6% lower than that of the control. The yield of South Africa 3 was 11.2%. The lysine contents of South Africa 2 and 5 were 10.3% and 8.6% higher than that of the control respectively, reaching extremely significant levels. The lysine contents of the other 12 varieties also surpassed those of the control. Through the cultivation, yield and breeding of four growing seasons in south and north, a total of 300 spikes were obtained for all kinds of superior plants, enriching the local germplasm resources.
