衡量成熟教师能否娴熟地掌握调度而自然生成的课堂,应该是评价课堂教学艺术的重要指标。在评课时,应该把评价指标着重放在课堂的自然流畅而不是唯美作秀的表演上,有师生碰撞交流的火花而不是浅层次的一致认同,一步到位;有节奏地推进课堂而不是程式化、完整无缺地完成预设,这样我们的课堂才能回归本色。
A measure of whether a mature teacher can skillfully master a naturally generated classroom schedule should be an important indicator for evaluating classroom teaching art.
