阐述和分析绩效管理实施存在的问题并提出改进措施。绩效管理四个阶段缺一不可,找出了在绩效管理实施过程中容易出现故问题和偏差,由于理念跟不上,实施技能缺乏及企业管理基础薄弱等产生。
Explain and analyze the existing problems in performance management and propose improvement measures. The four stages of performance management are indispensable. The problems and deviations that are easy to appear in the process of performance management are found out, such as lack of idea, lack of skills and weak foundation of enterprise management.
