应用反相高效液相色谱研究了四种脑啡肽——甲硫脑啡肽(Enkmet)、亮脑啡肽(Enk—L)、2一丙氨酸一甲硫脑啡肽(2Ala—Enk—met)及2一丙氨酸一亮脑啡肽(2Ala—Enk—L)一在十八烷基键合固定相(GYT—C18)上的色谱性质。通过比较四种不同缓冲液和PH对上述四种脑啡肽色谱性质的影响。得知在0、01M三氟醋酸/三乙胺缓冲液中可很好的分离。此缓冲液并可用于制备分离。温度升高或增加冲洗液中乙醇比例,K~1值都要变小。
Four enkephalin, Enk-L, 2Ala-Enk (2la-Enk) -met) and 2 Ala-Enk-L on the octadecyl-bonded stationary phase (GYT-C18). By comparing four different buffers and pH on the four enkephalin chromatographic properties. It was found that 0,01 M trifluoroacetic acid / triethylamine buffer was well separated. This buffer can be used to prepare the separation. Increase the temperature or increase the proportion of ethanol in the washing liquid, K ~ 1 value should be smaller.
