薄煤层无人工作面液压支架的设计及应用

针对我国机械化安全高效开采薄煤层的现状,科学分析了薄煤层矿山地质条件、开采技术、装备制造水平的发展情况,在国内研发了薄煤层无人工作面全自动化刨煤机与采煤机开采配套的支护设备液压支架,充分考虑国产原材料的现状,采用先进设计理念,运用弹塑性理论和有限元受力分析手段,研制项目产品。 In view of the status quo of mechanized safe and efficient mining of thin coal seam in our country, this paper scientifically analyzed the development of the mining conditions, mining technology and equipment manufacturing level of the thin coal seam mine, and developed the fully automated plow and shearer mined Supporting supporting equipment hydraulic support, taking full account of the status quo of domestic raw materials, the use of advanced design concepts, the use of elastoplastic theory and finite element analysis of force means to develop project products.
