针对油管长度人工计量方法存在的计量精度差、工人劳动强度大、生产效率低等问题 ,研制了以单片微机为核心的油管长度智能计量仪。智能计量仪主要由传感器、有效计量鉴别器、分析计算系统和电源四部分组成。通过安装在滚筒前的传感器将钢丝绳的直线运动转化为摩擦轮的旋转运动 ,以光电转换装置将钢丝绳的线位移量转换为长度脉冲信号输送到单片机显示输出。鉴于油管下放过程的复杂性和特点 ,采用有效计量鉴别器作有效计量控制。模拟试验结果表明 ,这种油管长度计量仪测量原理可行 ,测量精度可达 1‰
In view of the problems such as poor metering accuracy, labor intensity and low production efficiency of manual measurement of tubing length, an intelligent tubing length meter with single-chip microcomputer as its core was developed. Smart meter mainly by the sensor, effective measurement discriminator, analysis and calculation system and power supply composed of four parts. By installing the sensor in front of the drum wire rope linear motion into the friction wheel rotation, the photoelectric conversion device will wire rope displacement into a length of the pulse signal sent to the microcontroller display output. In view of the complexity and characteristics of the pipeline decentralization process, an effective metrological discriminator is used for effective metrological control. Simulation results show that the measuring principle of this tubing length meter is feasible and the measurement accuracy can reach 1 ‰
