普通程序简化审仅是简化了庭审的相关环节,并不能较好的实现提高诉讼效率的目的,对于适用普通程序审理的被告人认罪案件作出当庭宣判,才能提高诉讼效率,为此需要在审查起诉阶段构建被告人认罪程序。本文首先分析了被告人认罪的具体含义及审查判断的标准,再从案件范围、提起主体和程序的固定三个方面详细阐述被告人认罪程序的构建。
