研究寒露蜜桃不同贮藏条件下其呼吸生理的变化规律。结果表明：在室温（２５ ℃±２ ℃） 和低温（０ ℃～１ ℃） 条件下，均出现两个呼吸高峰。适宜的成熟度，预冷温度，包装及乙烯吸收剂均能降低其呼吸强度，推迟两次呼吸高峰出现。 The change of respiratory physiology of Hanlu Peach under different storage conditions was studied. The results showed that there were two respiration peaks at room temperature (25 ℃ ± 2 ℃) and low temperature (0 ℃ ~ 1 ℃). Appropriate maturity, pre-cooling temperature, packaging and ethylene absorbers can reduce their respiratory intensity, postpone the peak of two respiratory appears.
