运用有限元法 ,建立起计算模型 ,对内壁磨损套管的抗挤毁强度进行了定量计算 ,并与全尺寸实物试验结果进行了对比。指出套管的抗挤毁强度与内壁磨损程度基本成线性关系。同时指出 ,在计算套管的抗挤毁强度时 ,用均匀磨损模型代替非均匀磨损模型 ,计算结果有较大误差。
The finite element method is used to establish the calculation model to calculate the crush strength of the inner wall wear sleeve and to compare with the full-size physical test results. It is pointed out that the crush resistance of the casing is basically linear with the degree of wear of the inner wall. At the same time, it is pointed out that in calculating the collapse resistance of the casing, the uniform wear model is used to replace the non-uniform wear model, and the calculation results have larger errors.
