合理的工期控制是一个项目是否成功的标志之一,合理的工期控制还要做到经济上合理,时间上可行。建设项目中,实际进度落后计划进度的情况经常发生,当这种情况发生时要怎样处理进度、质量、成本、资源等之间的关系非常重要。为此,笔者运用系统动力学建立了工期压力下建设性项目系统动力学模型,并且运用系统动力学软件进行模拟,为项目工期控制提供相应支持。
Reasonable schedule control is one of the hallmarks of the success of a project. Reasonable time limit control should be economically reasonable and time-savable. Construction projects, the actual progress of the situation behind the schedule of the situation occurs often, when this happens how to deal with the progress, quality, cost, resources, the relationship between the very important. For this reason, the author established the system dynamics model of constructive project under the project duration pressure by using system dynamics and simulated the system dynamics software to provide corresponding support for the project duration control.
