早期领导者在推进早期教育专业化进程中发挥着重要作用。领导力是早期教育领导者必备的能力和影响力。早期教育领导者面对不同的幼儿、家庭以及近乎单一角色的女性教师队伍,其工作具有多变性与复杂性。因而,早期教育领导者需要“虚怀若谷”的情怀与“王者风范”的气质,在接纳幼儿、理解家长、支持教师工作的同时,拥有“高屋建瓴”的大视野,不断提升领导力,积极促进早期教育的不断发展,为儿童的发展与教育创造良好的早期教育环境。
Early leaders play an important role in advancing the specialization of early education. Leadership is an essential ability and influence of early education leaders. Early education leaders face variability and sophistication in the face of different groups of young children, families, and nearly single-role female teachers. Therefore, the leaders of early education need the feeling of “innocence” and the “king style” temperament, while admitting the young children, understanding the parents and supporting the teachers’ work, they have the great vision of “building a stable house” and continuously improve the leadership We should actively promote the continuous development of early education and create a good early education environment for the development and education of children.
