不久前,在“企业大学白皮书8.0”发布会上,凯明咨询对38名企业大学工作者就案例教学法进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示,被访者对案例教学表现出了极大的兴趣,其中20人在不同程度上实践了案例法;超过6成的人认为,从领导力转型到团队管理,再到专业能力提升,各类人才培养主题都可以通过案例教学的形式开展;超过7成的人认为,除了可以用于升级教学模式外,案例法还可用于业务复盘和知识管理等领域。这与此前几次参与凯明案例开发工作坊的学员们的反馈不谋而合。在企业内部,一方面是新的学习方式与技术带
Not long ago, at the conference of “Enterprise University White Paper 8.0”, CEM Consulting conducted a questionnaire survey on the case teaching method among 38 enterprise university workers. The survey results showed that respondents showed great interest in case teaching. Twenty of them practiced case law to varying degrees.
