手性药物的研究已成为国际新药研究的方向之一。手性药物分析在手性药物研究中作用越来越重要,已成为国际上分析科学中的热点和难点。手性配体交换色谱(CLEC)是直接分离对映异构体的热门方法之一。本文综述了近年来CLEC在手性药物对映体分离分析中的应用,并对这一领域的发展做了展望。 Chiral drug research has become one of the new international drug research direction. Chiral drug analysis has become more and more important in the study of chiral drugs, which has become a hot and difficult point in the world of analytical science. Chiral ligand exchange chromatography (CLEC) is one of the popular methods for the direct separation of enantiomers. This review summarizes the application of CLEC in the enantioseparation of chiral drugs in recent years and prospects the development in this area.
