JC系列旁承是比较成熟的货车旁承,在检修过程中,由于旁承体压缩产生永久变形等原因,磨耗板上平面至滚子间距离常小于下限。现行工艺调整方法是在旁承体下部加装垫板,容易使侧板与旁承体之间脱胶,同时也大量存在磨耗板未到磨耗限度,因其厚度不足调整该限度而无法使用的现象。建议增加旁承体顶板厚度,同时在滚子轴下部调整不同规格厚度的垫片,从而方便地调整该关键限度。
