利用“ALEX”翅片性能曲线拟合出的摩擦因子f关联式,计算研究锯齿翅片结构参数对翅片内流体流动阻力性能的影响。计算结果表明,在相同流体流量下,换热器某通道内流体流动阻力与翅片节距和翅片高度成反比,与翅片厚度成正比。
The influence of the structure parameters of serrated fin on the flow resistance of the fluid in the fin was studied by using the correlation coefficient of friction factor f fitted by the “ALEX” fin performance curve. The calculation results show that at the same fluid flow rate, the fluid flow resistance in a channel of the heat exchanger is inversely proportional to the fin pitch and the fin height, and is proportional to the fin thickness.
