记述了产自云南北部中三叠统法郎组竹杆坡段海相沉积中一件比较完整的陆生原龙类化石:Macrocnemus属一新种-Macrocnemus fuyuanensis sp.nov.该标本以背椎数目,股骨与胫骨、以及肱骨与桡骨之间相对长度的显著差异区别于欧洲的属型种Macrocnemus bassanii.这是Macrocnemus化石在瑞士圣乔治山(Monte San Giorgio)地区以外的首次发现,也是中国南方海相三叠系中第一件真正意义上的陆生爬行动物化石.Macrocnemus在法郎组竹杆坡段的出现,不仅为颇具争议的竹杆坡段时代归属-中三叠世拉丁期(Ladinian)提供了新的证据,同时明确显示该地区存在着一个未知的三叠纪陆生动物群,这个陆地生态系统很可能起源于此前的安尼期(Anisian),在拉丁期达到成熟阶段.中生代早期特提斯洋北缘的岛屿和岛链,是多种爬行动物特别是陆生爬行类东西迁移的重要通道.
A relatively complete terrestrial protozoa fossil from marine sediments in the Zhupanpo Formation of the Middle Triassic Fraunhofer Formation in northern Yunnan is described: a new species of Macrocnemus fuyuanensis sp.nov belonging to the genus Macrocnemus fuyuanensis sp. The significant difference from the tibia and the relative length between the humerus and the radius is distinguished from the European genus Macrocnemus bassanii, the first discovery of the Macrocnemus fossil outside the Monte San Giorgio region of Switzerland and also the southern part of China The first truly terrestrial reptile fossil in the Cretaceous, and the appearance of the Macrocnemus in the Frangstroemia group not only served as a reference to the Ladinian Middle Triassic Ladinian, New evidence and a clear indication of the existence of an unknown Triassic terrestrial fauna in the area likely to have originated from previous Anisian anomalies that reached maturity during the Latin period.The early Mesozoic Tethys Ocean The islands and island chains of the northern margin are important routes for the migration of many reptiles, especially terrestrial reptiles.
