文章围绕“一带一路”发展视阈下电子商务新常态模式,首先阐述了“一带一路”战略中电子商务新常态模式涵义,接着分析了电子商务发展情况,如电子商务运营机制逐步成熟;日渐改进的宏观环境;信息化给电子商务发展打下了坚实的基础。最后提出了构建电子商务新常态模式的策略,如加强征信体系;加强电子商务关注力度;发挥金融指导作用。
The article focuses on the new normal mode of e-commerce under the “One Belt, One Road” development perspective. Firstly, it expounds the meaning of the new normal mode of e-commerce in the “One Belt and One Road” strategy, and then analyzes the development of e-commerce, Maturity; the gradual improvement of the macro environment; information technology to the development of e-commerce has laid a solid foundation. At last, it puts forward some strategies to build a new normal mode of e-commerce, such as strengthening the credit system, strengthening the attention of e-commerce, and giving play to the financial guidance.
