家庭会议管理不仅影响家庭成员之间的关系,还是培养孩子管理能力、独立处理问题能力、逻辑思考能力的关键。本文采用文献法,运用家庭会议、家庭会议的问题、基本流程、自我管理等关键词,查阅了50篇有关文献,并从中筛选出20篇,围绕家庭会议的问题管理、基本流程、自我管理等内容进行分析,发现内容大多是针对家庭会议的整体而言,具有普遍性。缺乏对特殊的家庭会议管理及其所产生影响的研究。在今后的研究中要注意对特殊群体家庭会议的研究,要注重家庭会议管理所产生的效果研究,为家庭会议的有效管理提供理论依据。 Family meeting management not only affects the relationship between family members, but also the key to cultivating children’s ability to manage problems independently and to think logically.
