The “specialization” and “personalization” of Chinese banquet will be the key to the catering enterprises to attract customers and make profits. This article takes the design of a Chinese banquet theme in the trials of the national vocational college skill contest as an example, elaborates the details of the theme banquet design, and provides reference for the feast theme design of the counterparts.
