目的建立同时测定蜂房药材中没食子酸、对羟基苯甲酸和原儿茶酸的方法。方法采用HPLC法,梯度洗脱。色谱柱为Kromasil ODS-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(三氟乙酸调pH至5),体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长254 nm。结果没食子酸、对羟基苯甲酸和原儿茶酸质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.9%(RSD为1.01%)、98.4%(RSD为1.18%)、97.3%(RSD为1.18)。结论该方法准确、重现性好、专属性强,可为蜂房质量标准的控制提供依据。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and protocatechuic acid in apiary herbs. Methods HPLC method gradient elution. The column was Kromasil ODS-C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was methanol-water (trifluoroacetic acid was adjusted to pH 5), the volume flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 30°C, and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The mass concentration and peak area of gallic acid, p-hydroxybenzoic acid and protocatechuic acid showed a good linear relationship. The average recoveries were 98.9% (RSD 1.01%), 98.4% (RSD 1.18%), 97.3% respectively. (RSD is 1.18). Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, and highly specific, which can provide a basis for the control of the quality standards of the hives.
