礼仪是人类最基本的行为道德规范,是一种社会公德,它对人们的社会行为具有约束作用,同时,礼仪也是人的修养和素质的外在表现,是人际交往的一种艺术,是一种沟通的技巧。礼仪服务在高校图书馆这个特殊的工作环境里,有着举足轻重的作用,尤其是改善图书馆的声誉和形象及营造良好的工作环境具有积极促进作用。因此,在高校图书馆服务体系建设中,要做到与时俱进,以人为本,协调发展,扎实推进高校图书馆的服务礼仪建设。
