By measuring the air force pilots parked in the fighter plane exposed to the thermal environment of cockpit thermal environment, to improve aeronautical hygiene and related personnel on pilots affected by the high temperature and to provide the necessary protective measures to provide a theoretical basis. The subjects were 12 male ground crew, dressed in the pilot’s summer routine, sitting on the rear cabin seat of a type of fighter jet exposed to the sun for 30 min each. The test was divided into three groups: Group A, Group B and Group C. The three-ball temperature index (WBGT) of the three groups was 29.1 ℃, 31.4 ℃ and 32.3 ℃ respectively. The results showed that there was no significant change in oral temperature and pulse rate between the three groups during heat exposure, but the skin temperature and sweating volume increased more significantly in groups B and C. Fighter pilots in the hot season with regular summer gear exposed to cockpit thermal environment in a shorter period of time, the skin temperature (especially lower limb skin temperature) and a significant increase in sweating volume, which is not conducive to combat acceleration encountered in flight endurance .
