目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定克痔栓中血竭素含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为EclipseXDB C8,流动相为乙腈 -0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 4 4 0nm ,流速 1.0ml·min-1。结果 :血竭素在 0 .2 6～ 0 .91μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .7% ,RSD =1.37%。结论 :该方法简便可靠 ,可用于克痔栓的质量控制。 Objective : To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of the dracorhodin content in Keqi suppository. Method : The column was EclipseXDB C8. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05ppm·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (5:0:50), the detection wavelength was 4400nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. RESULTS: The linearity of our company was linear in the range of 0.26 to 0.91μg (r = 0.998), with an average recovery of 10.7% and RSD = 1.37%. Conclusion : This method is simple and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of Kefu suppository.
