目的探讨品管圈活动在降低住院患者跌倒发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈小组,对2014年4月—2015年3月发生的跌倒事件进行回顾性分析,针对发生原因制定相应的护理措施,并对2015年4月—2016年3月收治的患者进行干预。比较实施品管圈活动前后患者跌倒发生率,评价组内成员的自我能力。结果品管圈活动前发生跌倒6例(0.244‰),活动后发生跌倒2例(0.078‰),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施品管圈活动后,圈员的团队精神、问题解决能力等8个方面自我评分均得到提升。结论品管圈活动能有效降低住院患者跌倒发生率,增强圈员解决问题的能力。
Objective To explore the effect of quality control loop on reducing the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients. Methods A quality control circle group was set up to conduct a retrospective analysis of the falls from April 2014 to March 2015. The corresponding nursing measures were formulated according to the causes and the patients admitted from April 2015 to March 2016 Intervention. The incidence of fall before and after the implementation of QC activities was compared to evaluate the self-ability of members in the group. Results There were 6 cases (0.244 ‰) of falls before the activities of QC and 2 cases of falls (0.078 ‰) after activities, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the implementation of QC activities, the circle of team spirit, problem solving ability and other aspects of 8 self-ratings have been improved. Conclusions Quality control activities can effectively reduce the incidence of falls in hospitalized patients and enhance their ability to solve problems.
