目前电信业的竞争已从原来简单的价格竞争转换为包含品牌、服务在内的综合竞争,而中国电信的传统营销渠道也已经不能适应当今复杂多变、竞争激烈的市场环境,面对新的竞争环境,我们应该主动寻求营销渠道的改革与创新。而10000号客户服务热线是连接中国电信和广大电信客户的一座重要桥梁,具有客户接触面广、服务用户多等营销渠道的特有优势,因此本文就基于10000电话热线,研究如何利用10000这个渠道开展产品的呼入营销。
At present, the competition in the telecommunications industry has shifted from simple price competition to comprehensive competition including brand and service.
