目的:探讨护理管理干预对提高腹透患者服药依从性的影响。方法:将2014年2月~2016年2月入住湖州市中心医院的62例接受腹膜透析治疗患者随机分为观察组(31例)与对照组(31例)两组,对照组给予常规腹膜透析护理,观察组患者在对照组常规护理基础上增加用药指导等护理管理干预。比较两组患者的服药依从性。结果:在治疗3个月后,观察组用药依从性为87.10%;对照组为48.39%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:针对性的用药指导的护理管理干预措施可显著提升患者的服药依从性,有力保证了腹膜透析的有效进行,提高整理护理质量。 Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention on improving medication adherence in patients with peritoneal dialysis. Methods: Sixty-two patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis in Huzhou Central Hospital from February 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). The control group was given routine peritoneal dialysis Nursing, observation group patients in the control group on the basis of routine care to increase medication guidance and other nursing management intervention. The medication adherence between the two groups was compared. Results: After 3 months of treatment, medication compliance in the observation group was 87.10%; in the control group, 48.39%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Targeted medication guidance nursing interventions can significantly improve patient compliance with medication, which effectively ensures the effective peritoneal dialysis and improve the quality of nursing care.
