目的 职业认同在护士的长远发展中起着重要作用,当发生突发公共卫生事件时,职业认同情况会发生变化.本研究旨在探讨新型冠状病毒疫情期间护理专业本科生职业认同情况及相关因素.方法 采用横断面调查研究设计,通过便利抽样方法,于2020年3-4月对7所院校的3,875名护理专业本科生进行调查.采用一般资料问卷收集基本信息,采用护生职业认同问卷调查新型冠状病毒疫情早期和后期护理专业本科生的职业认同情况.结果 疫情后期护理专业本科生的职业认同得分(59.49±12.41)明显高于早期(56.96±12.61).逐步同归分析结果显示,学生的性别、居住地、专业(康复护理)、疫情对毕业后工作意愿的影响、选择护理专业的原因及疫情早期职业认同得分与疫情后期的职业认同水平有关联.结论 护理教育工作者可以利用应对突发公共卫生事件的积极影响,提高学生的职业认同.同时,在突发公共卫生事件发生后,教育工作者应对职业认同较低的学生进行更有针对性的教育,培养其职业认同感.“,”Objectives:Professional identity plays an important role in the long-term development of nurses,and it will change when public health emergency occurs.The objective of this study is to investigate the factors associated with the professional identity of nursing undergraduates in the epidemic of COVID-19.Methods:A cross-sectional survey design with convenience sampling was used.A total of 3,875 nursing undergraduates were recruited from seven universities across China from March to April 2020.A general information questionnaire was used to collect students\' information,and the Professional Identity Questionnaire for Nurse Students was used to survey their professional identity during the early and later stages of the first wave of the COVID-19 epidemic.Results:The score of professional identity in the later stage (59.49 ± 12.41) was higher than that in the early stage (56.96 ± 12.61).The stepwise regression indicated that several factors were associated with professional identity,including gender,residential area,major,impact of the epidemic on intention to work after graduation,reasons for choosing nursing major and students\' scores of professional identity in early stage.Conclusions:Nursing educators can utilize the positive impact of responding to public health emer-gencies to increase the professional identity of students.Meanwhile,educators should give those stu-dents with lower professional identity more targeted education to cultivate their professional identity after the occurrence of public health emergencies.
