目的:应用覆膜合金支架解决食管狭窄进食梗阻问题,探讨支架置入的相关技术。方法:先行食管钡透,并用自制铅尺,确定狭窄位置、长度,然后用超滑导丝、导引管引入超硬导丝通过狭窄段,输送支架于预定位置。结果:23例共放支架23枚,食管梗阻均立刻解除。结论:国产覆膜合金支架治疗食管狭窄是安全有效的。
OBJECTIVE: To solve the problem of obstruction of esophageal stenosis by using a coated stent, and to explore the related techniques of stenting. Methods: Barium was first esophageal and homemade lead ruler was used to determine the location and length of the stenosis. Then the superconducting wire was introduced into the guide tube to lead the superconducting wire through the stenosis and the stent was delivered to a predetermined position. Results: Twenty-three patients had 23 stents, esophageal obstruction was immediately relieved. Conclusion: Domestic coated stent is safe and effective in the treatment of esophageal stenosis.
