当前企业“招工难”、“用工荒”问题,普遍存在于各个行业。尤其在沿海港口装卸一线,招用从事重体力作业的装卸工更是难上加难。那么适龄劳动者为什么不愿干码头装卸工,他们的工作与生活现状又怎样?本文就这一问题在全面考察的基础上,重点分析了港口作业大量使用廉价劳务工的原因,提出了依法保护好劳务工的合法权益、妥善处理好港口与劳务工双方利益是港口管理层的社会责任。
The current enterprise “recruitment difficult ”, “labor shortage ” problem, common in all industries. Especially in the coastal port loading and unloading line, hire heavy manual work load handling is even harder. So why are working-age workers reluctant to work at dry dock and what is the status quo of their work and life? Based on a comprehensive survey of this issue, this paper mainly analyzes the reasons for the heavy use of cheap laborers in port operations, Good laborers legitimate rights and interests, properly handle the interests of both ports and labor is the port’s management’s social responsibility.
