通过松香与丙烯酸的Diels-Alder环加成反应制备丙烯海松酸,经酰化后再与水合肼反应得到丙烯海松酸双酰肼。其在冰醋酸催化下与取代芳香醛反应,合成得到11个新型丙烯海松酸基双酰腙类化合物。初步探索了合成条件,并利用1HNMR、13CNMR、FT-IR和MS表征了目标化合物的结构。初步生物活性测试表明,目标化合物具有一定的杀菌活性(尤其对苹果轮纹病菌)和一定的植物生长调节活性;丙烯海松酸基双邻氯基苯酰腙对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制活性达65.5%。
Propylene pimaric acid is prepared by the Diels-Alder cycloaddition reaction between rosin and acrylic acid, and acylazed with hydrazine hydrate to obtain propylene pimaric acid dihydrazide. Under the catalysis of glacial acetic acid, it reacted with substituted aromatic aldehydes to synthesize 11 novel pimaric acid bisacyl hydrazones. The synthesis conditions were explored preliminarily, and the structures of target compounds were characterized by 1HNMR, 13CNMR, FT-IR and MS. The preliminary biological activity tests showed that the target compound had certain bactericidal activity (especially for the pathogen of apple rings rot fungi) and certain plant growth regulatory activity; the inhibitory activity of propylene pimaric acid bis o-chlorobenzoylhydrazone against Fusarium oxysporum was 65.5% .
