目的:优化丹参的乙醇提取工艺。方法:采用HPLC法检测丹参酮ⅡA的含量,同时以丹参酮ⅡA为指标,采用响应面法对乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比3个影响因素进行优化。结果:建立了丹参乙醇提取模型,回归模型显著;提取优化条件为:乙醇浓度86.00%,提取时间44 min,料液比1∶17。结论:该提取工艺合理,丹参酮ⅡA的提取率高。
Objective: To optimize the ethanol extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The content of tanshinone Ⅱ A was determined by HPLC. At the same time tanshinone Ⅱ A was used as the index to optimize the influencing factors of ethanol concentration, extraction time and solid - liquid ratio by response surface methodology. Results: The ethanol extraction model of Salvia miltiorrhiza was established and the regression model was significant. The optimal extraction conditions were: ethanol concentration 86.00%, extraction time 44 min, solid-liquid ratio 1:17. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable, tanshinone Ⅱ A high extraction rate.
