“玻璃天花板”意指影响职业女性晋升的无形障碍。中小学校长选任中的“玻璃天花板”现象表明,女性在学校领导岗位的谋求和获得方面较男性处于明显的劣势。导致这一现象的原因是复杂多样的,其中既有落后的传统观念的影响,也有来自女性自身的因素阻碍,而家务的牵绊也分散了学校职业女性的精力。要突破“玻璃天花板”的束缚,既需要全社会对于女性问题的共同关怀,也离不开家庭的理解支持和女性的自身努力。
“Glass ceiling ” means the intangible barrier that affects the promotion of working women. The phenomenon of “glass ceiling” in the election of primary and secondary school principals shows that women are obviously inferior to men in seeking and obtaining leadership positions in schools. The reasons for this phenomenon are complex and diverse. Among them are the influence of backward traditional concepts and the obstacles of women themselves, while the housework is also distracting the energies of school working women. Breaking through the shackles of “glass ceiling” requires not only the common concern of the whole society for women’s issues, but also the family’s understanding and women’s efforts.
