目的建立一种同时测定金沙藤中绿原酸、咖啡酸和p-香豆酰葡萄糖的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Cl8(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸(5∶5∶90)为流动相,检测波长为325 nm,柱温35℃。结果绿原酸、咖啡酸和p-香豆酰葡萄糖分别在0.368~2.760、0.064~0.480、0.102~0.765μg内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为101.48%、99.56%、101.73%,RSD分别为1.44%、0.92%、1.62%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于金沙藤及其提取物的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and p-coumaric acid glucose in Sabina vulgaris. Methods The HPLC method was as follows: Phenomenex Cl8 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-acetonitrile-1% glacial acetic acid (5:5:90) as the mobile phase at a detection wavelength of 325 nm and a column temperature of 35 ℃. Results The chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and p-coumaroyl glucose showed good linearity in the range of 0.368 ~ 2.760,0.064 ~ 0.480,0.102 ~ 0.765μg, the average recoveries were 101.48%, 99.56%, 101.73% , RSD respectively 1.44%, 0.92%, 1.62%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Golden Sassoon and its extracts.
