一般手术学中述及扁桃体的外科解剖时均只提咽上缩肌,而科研文献中提到同扁桃体有关的肌肉共有7个:即腭咽肌、咽上缩肌、茎突咽肌、扁桃体咽肌、茎突扁桃体肌、腭舌肌、扁桃体舌肌。本文专为研究人类腭扁桃体和扁桃体床的肌肉关系而设计。材料取自21个15~18周的胎儿,包埋固定后,用Masson法染色,作连续切片,选用每4张切片的第4张。切片分水平、冠状和矢状三种切面。21个标本中,3个作水平切面,10个冠状切面,8个矢状切面。切片由2个以上人员核对检查,结果一致的录用。

Slice level, coronal and sagittal three aspect. Of 21 specimens, 3 were horizontal, 10 coronal and 8 sagittal. Slices checked by more than 2 staff, the results hired.
