耳针 山药对衰老雌性大鼠血清DHEA-S E_2骨密度及其腺体影响的实验研究

目的:根据雌性卵巢机能增龄性衰减的特性,研究耳针、山药抗衰老的可能机制。方法:Wistar大鼠适应性喂养1周后随机分为:耳针组、山药组、耳针加山药组,并设置老年对照组和青年对照组。治疗6周后,测定各组血清DHEA、E2、卵巢、肾上腺及卵巢的病理生理改变。结果:耳针、山药能有效改善老年大鼠的内分泌状况和自由基代谢;预防骨密度的降低;延缓性腺衰退。结论:耳针、山药具有延缓衰老的作用,从性激素代谢方面看,其可能的作用机理是,通过延缓性腺衰退,调节DHEA、E2的合成及分泌,维持DHEA、E2、骨密度在体内的一定含量,使其发挥抗氧化、调节免疫等多方面的生物学效应,从而起到延缓衰老的作用。 OBJECTIVE: To study the possible mechanism of anti-aging of ear acupuncture and yam according to the characteristics of aging of female ovarian function. Methods: One week after adaptive feeding, Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: acupuncture group, yam group and acupuncture plus yam group. The aged control group and the young control group were set up. After 6 weeks of treatment, the pathological changes of serum DHEA, E2, ovary, adrenal and ovary in each group were determined. Results: Auricular acupuncture and yam can effectively improve the endocrine status and metabolism of free radicals in aged rats, prevent the decrease of bone mineral density and delay the decline of gonadal. Conclusion: Auricular acupuncture and yam have anti-aging effects. From the aspect of sex hormone metabolism, its possible mechanism is to regulate the synthesis and secretion of DHEA and E2, and to maintain the density of DHEA and E2 in the body by retarding the decline of gonadal Content, make it play a biological role in antioxidation, immune regulation and many other aspects, which play a role in anti-aging.
