随着油田企业基础管理模式的深刻变革,“以人为本”的管理思想得到了越来越多的认同。在这一管理思想的指导下,以人才测评、绩效评估和薪资激励制度为核心的人力资源管理模式得以确立与发展,而人力资源开发最重要的工作,就是对人力资源的培训。作者认为,想要更好地发挥人力资源管理在油田生产经营和改革发展中的作用,就要从“人”着手,本着“科技以人为本”的管理思想,改变陈旧的职工教育观念,加强职工培训管理,实现企业“得人者昌,用人者兴,育人者远”。
With the profound reform of the basic management mode of oilfield enterprises, the management philosophy of “people-oriented” has been increasingly recognized. Under the guidance of this management ideology, the human resources management model centering on talent evaluation, performance evaluation, and salary incentive system has been established and developed. The most important task for human resource development is the training of human resources. The author believes that in order to better play the role of human resource management in oilfield production and management and reform and development, we must start from “people ” and adopt the management philosophy of “science and technology based on people” to change the old employee education. Concept, strengthen employee training management, realize enterprise “has the person to have the person to be prosperous, the person who employs, the educating person is far ”.
