分析了YG - 35/3.82 -M1型锅炉热效率低、飞灰可燃物含量高、烟尘排放浓度高的原因 ,提出了锅炉前墙加前拱折焰角 ,飞灰复燃装置和合理设计空气二次风的技术改造措施。改造后锅炉热效率达 83 567% ,提高了 6 90 2 %。燃烧效率达95 716% ,烟尘排放浓度由改造前的 174 3~ 2 0 81mg/Nm3降低到 317 2~ 4 0 1.7mg/Nm3,烟气黑度达到林格曼 1级以下 ,锅炉可以安全稳定经济清洁运行。
The reasons of low thermal efficiency, high fly ash combustibles content and high smoke and dust emission concentration of YG - 35 / 3.82 - M1 boiler are analyzed.
