试验设备环境是一个由温度、湿度等主要因素组成的系统,常规温场手工采集数据费时费力错误率高,电常规软件采集覆盖范围差,针对设备种类单一,很难满足当代环境试验设备校准的广泛性和普遍性。因此,文章基于KEIYHLY 2700万用表设计了一种新型多功能温湿度采集软件。对温场常规设备如养护室、温湿度交变箱、水泥砂浆养护箱、干燥箱、培养箱、恒温水浴、针入度等全面覆盖应用,通过采集设备的温度、湿度等信息指标,生成不同的证书模板,并对设备状况进行评定,实验结果表明,改进后的多功能温湿度采集方式应用于温场设备校准应用广泛、精度准确,能够很好地满足当代环境设备的校准需求。
