目的 研究 CNTF及其受体在不同类型星形胶质细胞中的表达分布。 方法 星形胶质细胞的原代分离培养结合地高辛标记的 RNA探针及寡核苷酸探针原位杂交技术。 结果 0 - 2 A前体细胞和纤维型星形胶质细胞中 CNTF m RNA表达高 ,大多数原浆型星形胶质细胞 CNTF表达低 ,只有约 5 %的原浆型星形胶质细胞群可见较高 CNTF m RNA的表达。原浆型与纤维型星形胶质细胞中 CNTFRα m RNA表达相同。 结论 CNTF在不同类型星形胶质细胞中的表达水平不同 ,但其受体的表达水平无差别。
Objective To study the expression and distribution of CNTF and its receptors in different types of astrocytes. Methods Primary isolation and culture of astrocytes combined with digoxigenin-labeled RNA probe and oligonucleotide probe in situ hybridization. Results The expression of CNTF m RNA in 0-2 A precursor cells and fibroblast astrocytes was high. Most of the primary astrocytes showed low expression of CNTF. Only about 5% of the astrocytes Higher CNTF m RNA expression can be seen in the population. Primitive and fibroblast astrocytes CNTFRα m RNA expression of the same. Conclusion The expression of CNTF in different types of astrocytes is different, but the expression level of CNTF is not different.
