为了研究青贮玉米秸秆收获机的切割机理,以青贮玉米秸秆为研究对象,应用金属扭转试验机等仪器对含水率为一定值的玉米秸秆进行对比试验研究。使用spss软件对试验数据进行统计分析得出:完整秸秆和秸秆髓的剪切应力和抗剪切模量有很大不同,前者分别是后者的3.7倍和5.4倍,说明玉米秸秆作为一种自然界中天然存在的特殊复合材料,抗剪切模量为其横观同向性5个常数之一有很大的研究价值。
In order to study the cutting mechanism of silage corn stalk harvester, with silage corn stalks as the research object, the corn stover with certain moisture content was comparatively studied by using metal torsion testing machine and other instruments. The statistical analysis of the experimental data using spss software showed that the shear stress and the shear modulus of intact stalks and stalks are quite different, the former are 3.7 times and 5.4 times that of the latter respectively, indicating that corn stalks as a kind Naturally occurring special composite materials, the shear modulus of its horizontal and one of the five constants have great research value.
