伴随我国社会经济发展速度的提升和市场经济体制建设进程的加快,使得我国各行业企业间的市场竞争也愈发激烈。对于一家企业来讲,其要想在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地,获得长足稳定的发展机遇,建立起合理的高层架构和科学的股权激励机制十分必要。对此,本文以我国的上市股份公司为切入点,通过对其当前高层架构现状的分析,从而就帮助其建立起科学有效的股权激励机制展开研究。
Accompanying the speeding up of China’s social and economic development and the acceleration of the process of building a market economy, the market competition among enterprises in various industries in our country is also becoming increasingly fierce. For a company, it is necessary for it to occupy a place in the fierce competition in the market, obtain a long and steady development opportunity, and establish a reasonable high-level structure and a scientific equity incentive mechanism. In this regard, this paper takes China’s listed company as a starting point, through the analysis of the current status of its high-level structure, to help establish a scientific and effective equity incentive mechanism.
