北京赛诺经典商业顾问公司总经理曹文,有过多年的银行从业经历,获美国南加州大学博士学位后归国,创立了赛诺经典咨询公司,是国内首家金融业的独立咨询机构,也是惟一一家系统研究商业银行竞争力的机构。在建外SOHO现代的建筑群中,喜欢挑战人生、善于思考的曹文向本刊记者讲述了自己创办中国首家为银行提供综合化服务的专业咨询机构的创业故事。“我喜欢这个行业,从事这个行业我有很高的成就感。”曹文的语气很坚定。他说,他一直在尝试着把银行业经营管理智慧整合起来,并用自己的语言加以表述。而他锲而不舍的坚持和努力,也渐渐为他赢得了越来越多的认同。在建行上市之前,他为建行分行行长作培训时说:“银行上市是想变成一只‘蝴蝶’,但你们的工作方式如果还停留在‘毛毛虫’阶段是不行的。上市本身并不能解决问题,而必须从管理、营销、组织构架等方面进行改变。”这个恰到好处的比喻引来掌声一片。曹文说:“赛诺的实力和品牌可以证明银行为聘请我们花出去的每一分都是物有所值、物超所值。”

However, if you still work in the ’caterpillar’ stage, it will not work. Can not solve the problem, but must be changed from management, marketing, organizational structure and other aspects. ”This just analogy leads to applause.
