新课程改革、教师自身的专业成长、教育现象的复杂性都要求中小学教师进行教育研究,但目前我国中小学教师开展教育研究的过程中存在一些问题。本文认为中小学教师教育研究的主要目的在于提高教师教学技术,追问教育意义;应根据教学生活世界的问题、困惑,开展行动研究和反思性教学。
The new curriculum reform, the professional growth of teachers and the complexity of educational phenomena all require primary and secondary school teachers to carry out educational research. However, there are some problems in the process of educational research conducted by primary and secondary school teachers in our country. This paper argues that the primary purpose of primary and secondary school teachers ’education research is to improve teachers’ teaching techniques and to ask about the educational significance. Based on the problems and confusion in the teaching and learning world, action research and reflective teaching should be carried out.
