目的 :通过温湿度系数QW值的变化 ,观察其对印鼠客蚤种群羽化的影响 ,了解在变温变湿环境中羽化蚤种群数量的变动。方法 :成幼分养法。结果 :蚤羽化高峰期为 5~ 10月 ,QW值为 2 .2 6~ 2 .62 ,平均温度 (T)为 19.52~ 2 3.0℃ ,平均湿度 (RH)为 4 8.0 4 %~ 57.2 9%。♀∶♂为 1∶0 .95~ 1∶0 .63,此时蚤羽化率达 99.4 8%~ 10 0 %。蚤羽化低峰期为 1~ 4月和 11~ 12月 ,QW值为 2 .0 7~ 2 .19和 2 .93~ 3.2 0 ,T为 11.68~ 18.2 2℃ ,RH为 37.4 2 %~ 4 6.30 % ,♀∶♂为 1∶0~ 1∶0 .4 7,蚤羽化率仅为 3.57%~ 76.18% ,结论 :雌蚤羽化高峰期持续时间长 ,为 2~ 11月 ;QW值范围较宽 ,为 2 .0 7~ 2 .96。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of temperature and humidity QW on the emergence of flea population, and to understand the population changes of flea flea in variable temperature and humidity environment. Method: Divide and raise method. Results: The peak value of flea eclosion was from May to October with the QW value ranging from 2.6 to 2.62, the average temperature (T) from 19.52 to 3.03 ℃ and the average humidity (RH) from 4 to 8.0 4% to 57.2 9% . ♀: ♂ 1:095 ~ 1:0 .63, flea eclosion rate of 99.4 8% ~ 100% at this time. The peak value of flea eclosion was from January to April and from November to December, with QW values of 2.07-2.19 and 2.93-3.20, T of 11.68-18.2 2 ℃ and RH of 37.4 2% -4 6.30%, ♀: ♂ was 1: 0 ~ 1: 0. 4 7, the rate of flea emergence was only 3.57% ~ 76.18%. Conclusion: The fecundity peak of females lasted for a long time from February to November. The width is 2 .0 7 ~ 2 .96.
