本文用20keVN+离子束处理甜叶菊种子,注量分别为100×2500、400×2500和1000×2500N+/cm2,研究不同注量下甜叶菊种子发芽势以及发芽率的变化情况,并分析各处理组间差异。经统计分析,不同注量的甜叶菊种子发芽势和发芽率在α=0.05水平上差异显著。结果表明,随注量增大,发芽势和发芽率均呈先升后降趋势;注量为400×2500N+/cm2时,发芽势和发芽率达最高。
In this paper, the seeds of Stevia rebaudiana seedlings were treated with 20keVN + ion beam with fluence of 100 × 2500, 400 × 2500 and 1000 × 2500N / cm2, respectively. The changes of germination energy and germination rate of stevia seedlings under different fluency were studied. Difference between. According to the statistical analysis, the germination energy and germination rate of stevia seeds with different fluence differ significantly at α = 0.05. The results showed that the germination energy and germination rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of injection volume.
