随着经济的迅速发展与现代企业制度的逐步完善,人力资源的可持续发展也成为了企业建设与发展的必然要求与基础,人力资源的重要性被越来越多的管理者所认知。高效的人力资源不仅有助于员工之间人际关系的改善,更有助于企业经营战略目标的实现,进而让企业在日益激烈的市场竞争中获得胜利。但在实际工作中,人力资源依然存在很多问题。基于此,本文把中西方人力资源差异作为研究课题,阐述了相关的理论知识,分析了东西方人力资源管理的差异。
With the rapid economic development and the gradual improvement of the modern enterprise system, the sustainable development of human resources has also become an inevitable requirement and foundation for the construction and development of enterprises. The importance of human resources has been recognized by more and more managers. Efficient human resources not only contribute to the improvement of interpersonal relationships among employees, but also contribute to the realization of the strategic objectives of business operations, and thus enable enterprises to win the increasingly fierce market competition. However, in actual work, there are still many problems in human resources. Based on this, this paper takes the differences of human resources between China and the West as the research topics, expounds the relevant theoretical knowledge and analyzes the differences between East and West human resources management.
