目的建立氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定果汁中的铅含量。方法采用微波消解消化样品,以HCl-KBH4-K3Fe(CN)6为反应测定体系,在优化的实验条件下,利用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定果汁中的铅含量。结果铅的线性范围为0~20μg/L,r=0.999 8,回收率为94.64%~99.20%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.02%~4.23%。结论该法简便快速、灵敏度高、准确可靠,适用于果汁中痕量铅的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of lead in fruit juice by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Digestion samples were digested by microwave and measured by HCl-KBH4-K3Fe (CN) 6 system. The optimum conditions were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The linear range of lead was 0 ~ 20μg / L, r = 0.999 8, the recovery was 94.64% ~ 99.20%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.02% ~ 4.23%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable, suitable for the determination of trace amounts of lead in fruit juice.
