运用CFD软件CFX对热风炉燃烧器的阻流板情况进行了数值模拟,讨论了设置阻流板的重要性和阻流板位置对煤气出口通道速度场的影响.结果表明,设置阻流板能够在一定程度上均匀速度分配,但阻流板处于中心位置时,煤气出口截面速度的偏析情况仍然较为严重.左移阻流板100mm时,速度均匀度降低,出口截面的最大速度差增大了2m/s.右移100mm时,速度均匀度大大增加,最大速度差由12m/s减小到4m/s,从而提高燃烧效率.
